About Me

Margarita is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor with a strong foundation in movement and rehabilitation. She graduated with honours from Kikkawa College in August 2020, completed her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University in 2021 and is currently studying Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. With her diverse training, Margarita integrates multiple therapeutic approaches to support her patients. She uses acupuncture as a complementary tool to address musculoskeletal dysfunction by targeting the nervous system—providing more holistic and effective treatments.

Additionally, Margarita completed a B-Com at Toronto Metropolitan University before perusing her career in health. Originally from Colombia, Margarita developed a passion for sports at a young age. She competed in equestrian jumping for over a decade, representing Colombia at national and international levels as an amateur rider. Her athletic background fuels her interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.

Margarita combines her clinical expertise with her love of movement—running, yoga, and kettlebell training—to help clients move better, feel better, and perform at their best. She is continually expanding her knowledge and is passionate about supporting people on their journey to pain-free, functional living.
